Any "Latest & Greatest" about Delta?
Well according to my reps the flow is still in place.
The CPS CEO made comments in their Q and A that the flow would remain in place for 60 days for everyone to discuss it. No more no less. I am sure that we are right in the fact that there is something going on, or about to go on, but officially there has been no comment or statement of intention from any Executive at Delta Air Lines, Inc. (Make sense?)

I've tried to follow it all, but I had a trip that left on the 1st to Berlin (no internet) so I'm not sure where all the discussion ended up.
fwiw, the Delta Flight Safety Flyer (sent via email at least) is a great read. Including this week. But it still rubs me wrong that RTO stuff is in the QRH and not VOL 1 (the manual I do have in my possession, all of the time). Like in the plane, in the crew room, in the hotel, in my room, at the library, at the movies, grocery store, date with my wife, parties, etc. I call it the rock, people try to knock it out of hands for fun, but you can't. Its the rock.
The bacherlotte... yikes... watching the pilot vs his pick. I need to hide under a table.

A meeting is scheduled late this week or early next week. More info to follow. Still shocked that we at compass were sold to tsa. What next?

Dude, time to turn in your Man Card. Even my wife said please change the channel as we were surfing. Mad Men Marathon is on AMC. Now that's a show I can respect.
Good luck to all of you at Compass and I sincerely hope the flow is honored. I was reading the LOA in question and it references:
However it does not define New Hire Pilots in D and H. I cannot envision how the original pre-merger, pre-sale Compass pilots could be defined as "new hires" for purposes of terminating the flow up?
"In the event of a sale of Feeder Carrier Affiliate such that it is no longer an affiliate of NWA, the flow up rights of Feeder Carrier Affiliate new hire pilots (Sections D and H below) can be terminated by the Feeder Carrier without impacting the Company’s upper cap in Section 1.B.7.c."

Second, if I turn it in I can't post certain pictures any more. So do I have to turn it in? Especially if I'm sitting here making schematics for a screened in porch? Which won't happen til C2012.
Last, I'll admit to turning in the man card some what when it comes to the tv, but I'm storing up for my september, october football OD, and she lets me.
fwiw, it really is train wreck on tv. Channel ABC? And they also have KY jelly kissable something or other commercial. The commercial might be the craziest thing I've ever seen. Prime time tv.

Something Delta related, what happens next with OH? Or was this on another thread?
Delta Air Lines Inc. (DAL) said Thursday that it has solicited offers for its Comair regional business as part of a strategic review that led to the sale of its two other units.
The largest U.S. carrier announced the sale of its Mesaba and Compass regional operations for $82.5 million.
A Delta spokeswoman said Comair was included in the review and, while it drew interest from unnamed "interested parties," no offers were made.

Or you could have been watching the "Band of Brothers" marathon on Spike....

I doubt either side will want to risk arbitration. ALPA could win or lose everything and so could the company.
