I was just looking at the thread about Alaska starting Bellingham to HNL, any rumor that we may get a or two SEA to HNL back?
Is there anything new in the new SEA 7ER bid package? It's mostly domestic with a few 6, 11, 12, 13 day Asia trips. Also a few AMS 3 days. The FO side has a few 8 day relief lines to CDG. Denny |
Ferd,
I should have also mentioned the long Asia trips have some verrrry long SPN layovers. One trip has 37+, 38+, and 47+ hour layovers there. And it's not the only one! Denny |

Not quite sure what you're asking here but there is what looks to be a daily SEA to HNL trip in the bid package.

NWA had one that departed SEA at 0830ish and returned early afternoon, getting into SEA about 9pm-ish. I was just wondering if we might get something like that one back. The gate agent in PDX was complaining that they lost their HNL when marketing moved it from late morning to late afternoon and the loads dropped off (I'm sure so they could connect from back east vs originating). I guess Alaska is going to go earlier in the day. |

I've never been over to Tinian but with that much time you wouldn't have to worry about getting caught. The little planes that go back and forth are day vfr only. A little wx with the sun going down results in big pucker factors with a morning departure. The LAX rotations have several "standard" 28ers that I'll bid. Also, looking at the carryout patterns, the NRT to SPN will leave earlier in the day and get there about 8pm-ish starting in Oct......... See ya out there.......... |
Well, the only HNL trip in the bid package leaves at 1707 and is an allnighter back getting in at 0613..........Hope we have better luck than PDX........

Denny But, I can't imagine that SEA would lose theirs.......... |

Saucer and Kremlin-looking-appendage with the horseshoe...gone! The connector from T2 to T4 is gonna be really looooooong, like 3 times the length of the current T2-T3 connector....
