Wow 35 B744 Capt slots! That will cause some upward movement for us at the middle and bottom of the food chain...

I only plan on going to work on the jumpseat - listed/reserved. Too many changes in the non-rev numbers to rely it for a commute. For me, been that way all summer. I hope it means we're making money.

Crew planning told us that for every wide body vacancy there will be at LEAST 8 movements below. NICE!!

Here it is...

The SLC 7ER positions were equal to the SLC 767 displacements, also.

Dude, nice job... you'll have to show me how to do that! :D

But right now, I'm singing David Allen Coe. Loudly. Thank you Pandora.

Guess my NYC765 draw down and 330 replacement wasn't right. Dang!

Firefox add-on "Shooter" along with some Photoshop CS5. Firefox has some really nice add-ons and they're free!

Lets see, 40 widebody's in ATL, another 80 system wide excluding SLC, thats 120. 120 x 8 = 960 movements. WOW. Okay, so lets get all 960 movements in ATL MD88 B, I'll be like -400 on the seniority list, thats way senior. :D GO! GO! BE GONE! OFF YOU GO! :D

Who wants to be on a plane with burned out landing gear lights at midnight anyways?

a man can dream can't he?

I guess no displacement for me (at least on this AE), I was thinking more DC9 positions were going away with the parking of the -30s. I was planning of getting displaced to the B744 F/O, maybe next time. Now this opens up lots of possibilities......

"This bid will close at 12:00EDT on Wednesday, September 15th and will be effective for 210 days. Projected training start dates from this bid could be as early as October but we are currently planning for a majority of the training to start in January 2011, with all conversions being completed by April 2011.
We expect this bid to position us well to support the 2011 spring and summer scheduled flying. We plan to publish the next bid within the first quarter of 2011 to make any adjustments, as the summer flying plans are finalized by the Company."

If a person is currently in training and bids off to another fleet, do you have to finish OE then back to the school house?? (Assume no freeze.)

Baja.
