"The pilots of Southwest support our Company's request for a free market process to take place regarding these open slots in two very key destinations," said Capt. Carl Kuwitzky, SWAPA President. "But we also support the benefit to the public of a low-cost carrier providing true competition for flyers in these markets."
Well..........for all fNWA guys, I just ensured that Delta will get rid of all the DC headclamps and install the telex. I just bit the bullet and ordered my Telex 850.
Oh, and FTB............since it was $400something, you can expect me to stay till 65.....so I can get my moneys worth

I do not know where SKW Inc or their pilots get the notion that they have enough cash on had to buy DAL. Our Market Cap is at 8.820 billion. Last time I checked they did not even have 1/8 of that in cash. Now when DAL was at 4 share anyone could have bought us. Plus, I beleive we have over 788,908,765 outstanding shares.
In the end the point was that it would be almost impossible for SKW to buy DAL without the boards concurrence.
