I saw where I could submit time away from base, I'm guessing that is what you were talking about.

In ecrew go to the expenses tab and then the training expenses tab. I think this is what you are looking for.

George,

I couldn't get that to work at all, how do you format your rotations so that TripIt reads them as a valid itinerary? Do you select just a certain part of the rotation?

Thanks,

IFlyer

I'm not looking at it right now, but if I remember correctly you can attach it to any rotation that you've flown in the month. You can put a note in describing that it's per diem from CQ.

Anybody had issues booking positive space on end of rotation deadheads?

Kept on getting "unable- security mask" the other day.

If you use firefox try the icrewmax plugin. It's relativly new. It allows rotations to be click-able links and you can export your schedule either as a csv file or ics file. Either imports into google calendars. Also, it exports your schedule leg by leg rather than just a block of days like navtech desktop does. It seems to work very well.

Your email to [email protected] should look like a printed rotation:

Code:

NYC  PILOT M88        *** ROTATION OPER
9324    POS-AB      EFFECTIVE OCT05        CHECK IN AT 16.27

[more stuff here]

I'm not sure who you ticked off to become a security threat, but usually, deadheading means you get one of these choice seats shown in red and can board when zone 8 boards:

If, however, you are doing RSW-ATL, well then thats emergency exit row length flight there, but transcons, middle. Enjoy.
