Side Question:
I went through CQ in September and I just got a message asking if I submitted my training expenses. What training expenses did I need to submit? Per diem?

Yep. Do submit your per diem you have to go into icrew and attach the expense to a rotation. It should be paid out on your next check or two

You can do that from Navtech PBS Desktop.

Tools -> Export Schedule to Calendar Application.

That's how I do it.

If you are on a mac and dont have Windows in an emulator, then I think you are out of luck. Get one of your bilingual operating system friends to do it for you.

They did not appear to convert me, still on the Nov NYC category list, what gives? Tried to call crew resources--put on hold. Is this happening to anyone else?

Your conversion notice is still printing out on a dot matrix printer and its queued behind an international flight plan. It should complete printing by December.

Where do I get a rotation number for training?

I saw where I could submit time away from base, I'm guessing that is what you were talking about.
