I know there is a resolution which is passing thru the various LECs about interim pay raises based upon SWAs rates applied to our 737s and then adjusted up or down for the other fleets. I attached the link above since SWA folks have made an effort to explain their pay system...its still a little smoke and mirror to me. However, from what I have gleaned, basically they make more that what their hourly rate would be.
IOW the pay numbers shown on the APC website are not actually per hour, but instead are per duty period. Short story for the simple math, their actual hourly rate would be the rate shown on APC multiplied by 1.13
The reason I am attempting to explain this is because even if we were to get the SWA rates, our proposal is to pay by the hour. SWA would still have a pilot pay cost DISadvantage if we got the mid-term pay raises.

Also, what kind of health care coverage does SWA have?

[above figures were converted from $/trip to $/hour]
So the rates posted ARE estimated hourly rates, after using a factor (1.13?) to convert their trip pay to an estimated hourly rate.
scambo, you've got that backwards. Here's the footnote on the bottom of the LUV page:

Follow the link and see what the SWA folks say.

Am I the only reserve pilot that feels like I work just about every single reserve day? It's been like this since March.

No. I've broke guarantee every month since March. I can't stop working. July I was scheduled to work every single reserve day. Another one of our fellow FOs broke 90 hours last month no vacation, no GS flying. It never slows down.
