Any "Latest & Greatest" about Delta?
Question for you lawyer types on here.
Hypothetical ... a pilot goes to a gas station, gets covered in gas when the gas hose breaks, it gets in his eyes and lungs, clothes from the chest down are drenched, the station attendants don't offer an eye wash or any other help other than offering the use of the female restroom out back because "its much cleaner than the mens'."
Within 15 minutes, his eyes are burning, throat is sore, and has a pounding heahache from the fumes. He doesn't seek medical attention and instead goes on his way.
Now the gas station's insurance department is calling and wondering about his health and extent of damages.
Any idea how much this is worth?

1. Do NOT sign anything from their insurance company.
2. Do NOT speak to their insurance company.
3. Seek your own personal injury attorney.

Actually I agree with him 100%.
DAL88 I agree with you too on some level, I just prefer to leave the rhetoric out of it. People turn that sort of stuff out real quickly.
As for unintended consequences; Making any sort of statement to anyone but your own attorney would be the action that would cause that.
