However, since they've gone to robo-call, the computer calls everyone and then the scheduler has to individually check to see if its legal.

Any idea if one earns positive bank hours in 2010, will those hours earned but not paid or included in your W-2 be included in the profit sharing calculation?
Might not be such a positive thing in a good year.
