On the Navtech PBS desktop program, when you open it after you put in your ID number and password, another screen comes up to show sychronize. Before you sychronize you can select options to get all the past months as well, but not necessary to get your current month into .ics format to be read by iPhone. It can also be uploaded to the MSFT Office schedule.
After sync is complete, PBS opens. On the top left, select Tools and scroll to Export Schedule to Calender Application. Whole range of options, but select .ics and save to desktop.
Now you can email that file to iPhone, or if you have Office, double click to open, or open Office and select File scroll to Import and Export, highlight .ics file and you can make it its own calender or merge with your regular calender. Clear as Mud?

Speaking of Bids, I really wish PBS would show the trips you've selected on the Calender view before you submit them. Then you could get a better idea of when trips start and end and try and cherry pick the trips you want.
