FTB, that was so funny, I didn't have to explain it to my wife.

Thanks FTB! We're hanging with Mickey, Goofy and Donald so the info is very much appreciated. I'll happily fly a rotation later in the day but having some time to shift gears would be nice.

I just got back from a week at Disney South with the family. Thinking it's going to take a few days for me to shift gears...

It now looks like the rumor on the forum is that they will keep the DC-9s until 2012. I guess someone heard it during some meeting in MEM.

Any confirmation?

Carl

That contract summary is well below my standards for the next DALPA PWA by a longshot.

No one(DALPA/DPA/DAL) can or will lower my personal expectations.

So did SWAPA get this though confrontational policies/behaviors or through constructive engagement?

Pages 8-15 in this "union document" is a history of SWA and "fun facts" about SWA, NOT the history or fun facts of SWAPA.....Why is SWAPA "carrying managment's water"?

Those guys must really be buddy-buddy with management.

(On page 6 they talk about how SWA and SWAPA are side by side at social/family events).

As to the contract and 747s to OH, I differ, but that won't stop me from posting this in your honor...

That is the argument without the emotion. My only emotion is directed at the union, not the legal argument.

If we don't see a breach, there is no breach.

There has got to be a harmed plaintiff who thinks he has been harmed to have a case.
