Guess they figured we wouldn't notice. I really don't think I care what oil is trading for in Europe.

We buy Fuel there too.

For some time they took off everything but the D-0 Metric. Stock price was gone last time I looked.

DAL moved it's hedges to Brent Crude.

the only question I have is what is the market going to do after the fed statement?

Nice selloff in advance, hating uncertainty and all.

DAL thought it would try to out smart the market by hedging in Brent because it is easier to trade/store ie heating oil.... Now the bottom is falling out if light crude and again DAL is taking a bath. Another reason to not bank on profit sharing for more money...

I want to see a A-0 % on deltanet. The stuff that matters. I mean after all A+14 is still on time right?

Because I think its known that as long as you get A+14 you're fine, so go ahead and schedule airplanes to leave a gate after an airplane was scheduled to land and use it. I mean seriously anyone been to AUS? You'll find an Alaska 739 (Delta flight 9248 AUS-SEA) sitting on your gate due out at 6:05 pm and you're due in on flight 1131 at 6:00 pm. Make any sense? Meanwhile you wait for that gate as RJ's take the others.

And while I'm ranting about outstation planning - I want to see BWI's numbers!! Anyone land there after midnight!? 3 times in 1 month I've landed there on the flight that is due to arrive at 00:13 and waited until 00:45 to park. Each time we parked at C12 and each time the gate was occupied by an RON 88 until 00:40. You can land early and you'll find a dead 88 sitting on C12 that is not being unloaded or attended to. It simply sits there til 00:40 and not once did we hear another airplane being repoed by a push crew. So I've landed their twice 10 or so minutes early and waited until 45 after to park and once we parked over 20 late and waited almost 15 minutes to park.

We got in an argument about that over the radio the second time around but word to the wise make damn sure you call the downtown van before you do so it doesn't get mysteriously "released" at 1am.

Wow never got this before.....I got a call from the chief pilots office. The chief, I don't remember who because he caught me off guard, asked why i was sick, if I had a doctor appointment and if this was a reoccurring problem. Then wanted to know if there was anything he could do. really? third sick call in a year and I need to be called by a chief pilot? ***

Why the hell would this CP hassle you after 3 sick calls for the year? He also asked the reason for being sick? I would contact ALPA and talk to someone.
