What Acl and ts says.....

Except, I think it's even more useless and anyone feel free to jump in if I'm wrong (I'm still learning don't ya know.).....

I think that number also includes pilots who are already in the position, but have a preference to not stay if they fall below a certain percentage.

The only thing its useful for is as a wag in good times when everyone is moving up. Even then its only a wag because it is a snapshot of the second you look at it and can change as soon as you close the page. Kentucky windage nothing more.

That pre-supposes that they ever were happy. I'm waiting for the eventual integration season. That's going to be some drama...

IS there any word on the AFA lawsuit? Is it still in progress? I think that is the big hold up...

Anyone? Anyone?

I think each day is still worth the same. There is probably some complicated formula, but your guarantee isn't 70, it's 70-(vacation days * 3). The rest is paid with vacation days. So take the new guarantee and divide it by the number of on-call days, etc etc. I think that's how it works.

It was a long shot in my opinion, plus, all this was denying the petition to have Delta pay the money prior to it going to trial. They did get profit sharing checks, it was just at the fNWA FA contract level rather than the Delta company wide (except those under contacts) profit sharing level.

I've heard nothing lately. I believe it's still under review by the NLRB. When I dare bring up the subject in the hotel vans most of them are unsure of its status too.
