I flew with a guy a while back that was at fighter weapons school at the time... he had some great stories. His name is visible on the plaque when Goose bangs his head on the wall asking about the truck driving school (the scene I posted earlier was from the "carrier" with this strangely high ceilings). He said all the actors were way cool except for the guy that played Slider.

What goes around, comes around. My wife spotted Slider on episode of House Hunters International on HGTV.

I didn't think a reserve could be rerouted with a domicile layover. Crew scheds says I can do it because I started the trip as a regular line holder...... Thoughts? Calling ALPA tomorrow to check.

In the bid pack, they always have that transition blurb. You know "if you have a rotation that spills..."

I think ALPA will tell you it isn't a violation of your human rights.

FTB, I think your sense of humor would allow you to enjoy these as much as I do: Best of Craigslist

I suspect they are right. For pay purposes at least if you start as a regular line holder then those rules apply for the trip. That is a good thing in this case. Your going to get a bunch of credit to start the month. Combined with the layover at home it seems like a good deal to me.

Not sure why that is a good thing in this case. It's now a 27 hour 4day hard time trip. I don't care about the credit any way. It's just going against reserve guarantee and I'll never break that this month. The layover at home is so short that I stayed at the airport hotel rather than go home. There are advantages to this situation that I won't go into but with flying time in short supply and guys looking to white slip, I want to follow the contract.

Yeah, I think you are right. But I wanted to check any way.
