I hope we order lots of big ones so that all these senior guys will get the hell off my Boeing.

Got it. Thanks. The whole category was missing (x and all) earlier today.

Back to work this weekend. Working 16 out of the next 19 calendar days. YIKES

Did I mention almost 25 y.o.s. ?

Shock.

Not really. Go figure is probably more appropriate.

I was involved (on the board or as a staff adviser) on 3 accidents in the USAF. Same there, when it came time to write the report you would have all sorts of people (who you never thought had an iron in the fire) come out and give you reasons why it couldn't have happened the way it did.....and didn't impact their kingdom:mad:

I can't even imagine the pressure if actual money was involved.

American Airlines First To Be Granted FAA Approval For Pilot iPads | TechCrunch

AA is bankrupt, but they still ponied up for iPads in the cockpit. Once again, Delta sits on the "industry leading" sideline.

I'm fine with that, though. Just show me "industry leading" scope, pay, and QOL improvements on C2012--and I'll put up with Jeps indefinitely.

I agree but I'd also argue that tech improvements are QOL improvements. Not that I can get my brother in law to agree, you know the guy with the cell phone from 1999:D

(not a personal dig, just an observation follows)

Some senior pilots think scope does not effect them. This post is proof that it does.
