Any "Latest & Greatest" about Delta?
As of 9:35: a lot of the A schedules are out for January '12. But, you have to use the Jan/jan "fix" to see them......

1.) Click on the awards for December or even November.
2.) Towards the end of the web address (??) you will find a part of it that flows like this...(...../CrewResources/BidPackages/Results/DEC/dec_reasons_reports)
3.) Change the DEC/dec to JAN/jan and the template for the January results comes up.
It was up for most A categories last night, but some of the x's didn't work. This morning, most do.

Does anyone know where the ATL 320A bid results are?
After just shy of 25 yrs I'm really hoping I'm not on reserve again! Yikes

Back in the mid-nineties or so Boeing 737's rudder PCU came under scrutiny as a result of some serious accidents. Had the FAA ordered the fleet grounded (like they did with the DC-10 after the American crash in 1979) that would likely have bankrupted SWA.
I've always wondered if there was political pressure brought to bear on the FAA because of the effect on SWA....naaah, couldn't happen.

Kelly said. “There is much that is the same, and that is very, very important for a company like Southwest Airlines. Our strategy is to be the low-cost producer. We achieve that not with low wages and not with old airplanes, but with efficiency.”
This is the biggest problem that Delta has going forward... 10 categories/fleets with many more sub fleets inside the fleets. It will make our cost high, even with low wages compared to UAL, AA, & SWA.
