Thanks, just noticed as you and Elvis pointed out that was for 2010's W-2s.

SEA-ATL should be removed from the code share entirely as there is no reason for it.

The order books for VX, B6 and NK are far too large to discount and we can't just roll over and give it to them. Soon they all will start poaching marketshare out of DL (as opposed to AA) markets. Then what? More capacity dicipline while we shrink and they grow? That increases our costs and decreases theirs, causing us to remove more capacity and them to add more. It has to stop. We need to figure out how to win and stop the growth of competitors or they will stop our growth. Its that simple.
100% Correct!

Gains in widebody flying do not justify this. If they did, we could just give most of the east coast to JB and grow our widebody flying. Outsource the midwest to SWA and grow widebody flying.

By that logic, we could/should give away all scope smaller than an ER if management will agree to grow our widebody flying, right? Would you seriously go for that?

When are we going to stop falling for this "outsourcing small planes gets us more big plane jobs" nonsense? We need significantly superior scope at all levels and significantly less outsourcing.
The question isn't when are WE going to stop falling for it. The question is, when will our MEC bureaucrats like slowplay here stop falling for it. They are the power structure, and they simply don't see a problem. That's the problem.

If so, the migs were on fumes.

I kind of liked that. If airlines in this country one day started to strictly enforce the carry on size limits it would be a meltdown that would rival the worst weather systems we've ever had. The people know good and well they are breaking the rules so bad to the point they feel entitled to get away with it. Construction happens everywhere. A little well placed, truthful humor is a lot better than those stupid "pardon our dust" signs.

Glad this guy got his job back with damages. A good precedent for the profession. He's like that guy in Office Space.....getting fired by Airtran was the best thing that every happened to him

Slow,

I have in the past read what you have wrote here and respected your opinion, but now not so much because of the way you have attacked Buzz. Seems to me you attacked him first and were WAY out of line in the way you did it.
