Sorry dude...but seriously, I monitor when SC's are posted during the week, since it varies. For example, I should know if I have SC Friday by 10 AM CDT tomorrow, since that's when it was posted today, even though contractually it's 1500 base time.

I want to move to MSP so I hopefully won't have to deal with commuting in the future. Overheard EB say during the investor's call that MSP and DTW hubs did particularly well this last quarter.

They were drastically changed in CH11. I just wish that they would buy you out for your loan balance or house if not sold in a year, and provide housing in your new base until that time. The amount of commuters would cut drastically.

In the CH1 LOA 51 for pre-merger DAL pilots was that the longevity steps were determined on profitability. We as a group need to realize that from this point forward, we are a very well run airline, that has leaders that are insistent on doing it differently than the past. AMR is trying the old school CH11, and it will not work for them. UCAL is trying the old school merger, and it is not working for them. Anderson and co want to take a different path. What it entails and where it goes depends, but the result is pilots of this group expect to have linear restorative gains on that success,that though their deep sacrifices DAL was able to survive and be in position to spearhead the industry. Without those sacrifices this airline would be non-existent and this talk would not be taking place.

We already had the 5,4,4,4 and more in the 401k. We voted in something we already had with some new minor gains. Thats the point I'm making. DALPA said we would see a great contract once we got NW on campus and they brought us a TA that we already had with small stuff added.

Analysts expect Delta to earn a $1.86B profit for 2012. :rolleyes:

It isn't the buy out it is the lack of storage and/or paying for a hotel or housing for a bit. How do they expect us to find a house to move into with only 8 days given for house hunting.

Don't know the current ROE. In past similar events at ALPA carriers the line pilots got a beer. Given the potential liability exposure, I'd bet D-ALPA keeps a pretty tight lid on the refreshments.

Pizza's cheaper than beer. D-ALPA should try what management does and talk the Credit Union into paying for it :)

They offered it a about three years ago, but we wanted to sit tight. Well the housing market sucks, so if they offer it again, we may take it. They have been slowly moving her accounting dept out to TX. All that is left is AP/AR and a few of the controllers and finance managers. We assume at some point they will come back to the remaining three leaders, and give them the same offer with an ultimatum.......
