Not to be Captain obvious here but...
Everyone and their mother knows that 4833 would never pass unless all the Alaska & JV loopholes are closed in Section 1 (which would be a wet dream). So why would the NT even agree to something like this?
Hopefully it's all speculation otherwise this was all a waste of time...

Then we feel lucky and grateful for something ever so slightly higher...and forget about all of the QOL items DALPA has already admitted they've conceded (along with scope).

I know I would make less than a SW FO with 4+8+3+3 on day one, much less three to four years from now and I am a 12 year FO. Adding RJs is just adding insult to injury. None of us know for sure till we see the TA, however I do think it is what we will see tomorrow or Tuesday if the reps don't show some backbone.
