my buddy got the call today, earliest available interview was July, that's based on 3 days of interviews for a total of 24 slots per week. Assuming on average 18 per week are hired, around 160 will get CJO's between now and July. Factor in your 25 to 39 per month compass flow and SSP as well.

So, I have seen some questions about the "fix it letter" and timeframe. I received the email version of the fix it letter yesterday afternoon. I immediately went and fixed the issue in the app and was so happy to open my email today and find an invite to interview. I am going to call them but unfortunately can't accept an interview until after June 7th due to the current trips that I have with my 135 outfit.

I wish others got the quick turnaround. A friend of mine fixed his app for an issue regarding hours I believe. He still hasn't heard anything for about two months. It's very frustrating for him, but the takeaway is have the app squared away after checking everything multiple times. Not everyone is so lucky to get the quick result you got. after he fixed his app, did he email them back? So far, the people Ive talked to who fixed their apps and emailed back with a thank you and a follow up (myself included) have all been called to interview. Those who fixed it but did not reply to the email (which goes directly to AK) seem to be lost in the stack.

6200 TT, check-airman, all civilian flying (former enlisted). Graduated in under 4 years with a 3.3 GPA. No check-ride failures, violations, squeaky clean DMV record as well.

Remember those are total numbers that include compass flow and endeavor/mesaba SSP. That means what the rest of us "off the street" see is the total class size for that month minus flows. For example the past few months has had 50 new hires in class, with around 25 to 35 flows. That means off the street has been 15 to 25. In June and July, expect 75/month off the street, because flows are limited by month.

According to the person I talked to in pilot selection, when they send out interview invitations (via email), they send the email to approximately 50 people at a time. Then they fill the interview classes based on who calls first, first come first serve. So basically the interview invites fill 2 weeks worth of interview slots.
