For those with recent interviews, what was your lead-time from Delta's logging of your recommendation, to your interview invite? My numbers and background are very competitive, based on what the hiring office has released. I have two internal recs that were both processed in early-mid Feb....

My internal rec went out on 3 Mar and I got the e-mail invite on 30 Mar. Internal was from a fairly recent new hire and was discussing another referral with the hiring team when he brought up my name. Got the email 4 days after that.

I set up the interview for 13 May so about 6 weeks after the e-mail invite. I'm just excited for the opportunity as I will be retired from the Navy on 1 Jun.
