Attachments: What to Bring

----------------------------------------------------------------
*** What to Bring ***

1. Up-to-date flight log books or appropriate military flight records
2. Official college or university transcript that reflects the degree awarded and your GPA
3. Copy of your current pilot certificate and FAA First Class Medical
4. Copy of your valid ATP written exam (If you do not currently possess an ATP Rating)
5. Copy of your FCC Radio Operator's License
6. Drivers license
7. Copy of your Drivers license
8. Valid Passport
9. Copy of the information page of your passport
10. If available, written copies of your past evaluations and line checks
11. A printed copy of your airlineapps.com application

The DPS team said that I should receive a second email about 2 weeks out from the interview. Maybe that's the email you are referring to? Anyhow, loose leaf in page sleeves is what I'll plan on.

Thanks
Wow! So much angst over some paperwork! I brought mine in plain manila folders and that seemed to be fine.

Regarding an order: a week or so before your interview date you will receive an email with your flight info, more paperwork to complete and a specific order to compile it all in for submission. I believe this is all mentioned in the initial email. Details guys!

MTSUFlyer: not sure if thats what you meant but I would NOT put pages in individual sleeves. Just loose in a nice folder is fine. Look at it this way: IF they're on the fence about you, it ain't gonna be a folder that saves you! Bottom line is just make sure you have everything they want. Put it in a folder and fugedaboutit. You got bigger things to worry about like that knowledge test and getting your stories/WWYD polished for the face-to-face

It wasn't my intent to come across angry. My attempt at humor failed! No where did my first email say to expect a second email on anything except a travel itinerary which doesn't apply to me, hence my confusion. Thanks for the info. I keep my eyes open for another letter.

Angst and anger are not the same thing. Just relax, focus on the important stuff and you'll do fine. Cheers.

Has anyone used logbook pro for their logbook records for the interview. What do recommend as far as bringing your up to date logbooks for the interview when you use logbook pro?

Yes, I used logbook pro for my civilian logbook and then printed it out and put it in the binder I will link below.

I probably went overboard, I purchased this logbook binder Amazon.com : Pilot Logbook Binder PERSONALIZED For Logbook Pro (and other) Software--EMAIL Us Exact Imprint Name : Round Ring Binders : Office Products

I then digitized my military logs, deleted all the annual reviews and duplicate entries, and then printed it out so it would read properly in my logbook binder. It took forever to scan and print to make it look right and for all I know my logbook wasn't even reviewed, but it was one thing I knew I wouldn't have to worry about on a day when I was worried about pretty much everything.

Ever think Delta recruiters/interview team read this thread and sit back and laugh at it thinking how powerful they are and how they have recruits running scared?
