Delta Hiring News
#8281
Exciting news in our house this past week as I received my first round of "fix it" emails! I know it may be a while before we hear anything else, but it's a great feeling to know my app was reviewed.
This is what I got...
"A review of your application for pilot employment revealed that your flight training information is missing or incomplete. Please update your education history by listing all flight schools, training academies, etc. where you received certificates and/or ratings."
And...
"In reference to your AirlineApps application, please review the Drivers Record and Criminal Record sections, along with the Addendum section dealing with convictions, to ensure each section is complete and that you have provided a response wherever it is required. Our review of your application indicates that you have omitted one or more responses in at least one of these sections.
Please update these sections, as appropriate, in a timely manner since we cannot continue to review your application until all requested information has been entered."
I made the corrections with the help of a recent Delta Hire. Fingers and toes crossed.
Cheers

I only put sim time in the sim column. No where else. I would typically put my PC sticker on the same page. And my training records in their own binder....

Issue is that I never log it or record it anywhere in my logbook. So for the airlineapps sim section I have it blank or 0. Should I go back and enter all my sim time from all of my type ratings etc, which is the only sim I've been in? Also, when in the sim, is it dual, pic, sic? I didn't know one could log pic or sic in a sim for that matter. I find the whole section irrelevant.

We leave it up to the individual client. Plenty of interview invites with zeroes and plenty of invites with sim time logged. Just remember, anything logged or written in the app, be prepared to explain it if necessary.

Anyone have a good suggestion for printing/presenting logbook info from LogTen Pro? I'm thinking of just putting the pages in page protectors in a normal binder facing each other. The info will all be there on one page, but won't be lined up end to end like a standard book. Just wondered if anyone else had a good idea or if they will care at the interview. Thanks!
