This version would also list a source with a link for every answer so if someone wanted to look directly at the source to confirm it they could do so.

This would also be a place for people to think about and organize their library of "stories" so to speak. I know that when I was studying for the interview I ended up with tons of paper gouge because I wanted to look at every possible question. I remember constantly thinking to myself "If I had a place to organize everything online this would be so much easier" That thought ultimately became the idea for a website that would accomplish those tasks. I'm not saying its the next google, just saying that it would have been beneficial for me when I was preparing. If enough people agree I'll invest the resources to build it.
based on taking the time to correct the wrong answers on the gouge i'd say it's worth it.

Thanks for that advice! Took the file to a local print shop and they did it up pretty nice for about 5 bucks! Appreciate the help!

Unless they train 270 in one month, it won't be September. April CJO's still waiting for class & August has already been called. If they keep up the 60/month rate I would say a July CJO is looking at January/February. If they go back to 120/month, you're looking at November or later. I think AK and the crew is being overly optimistic to keep people on the string. Guys are getting multiple offers these days.

I'm hoping for late September, expecting October, and prepared for November

737-900......... New technological marvel, Really????

I suppose a few have multiple offers. The failed TA has left hiring in perhaps some murky waters. I don't think anyone is being overly optimistic at Dal whether they wait or not. They keep interviewing and if they lose a few to other companies, so be it. Make no mistake though, 4th floor has a big ego.

Guys -

I've got a Delta interview date of 29-30 Sep. I'm drowning in gouge; I've got so much to read through (and, according to this website a lot of it is wrong) I don't know where to begin. One single file a friend sent me via DropBox was almost 150 pages, and there were probably 100 files total.

Any advice from those who got the CJO????

Read through the majority of the gouge. If you find something that conflicts with other gouge, or doesn't look right....look it up.
Do ECIC for interview prep. Don't overlook the Cog Test. Most people bust Cog or interview.

Lumosity for overall mental agility on the cog tests. A little bit each day helped train the brain. For the stick figure test I printed the guys out 6 to a sheet and turned them into flash cards to practice with which hand the flag is in.

Happy Neuron has the actual test for the reverse number recall. I practiced it and what worked for me was to mentally repeat the numbers in the entry order until I entered them. So if there were four numbers shown to repeat back such as 8573 I would repeat 8 until it showed the number 5 and I would repeat 58 until it showed the 7... and so on.

Mental math for pilots, everything explained to the professional pilot were great books and I made flash cards from info on there. I used the Updated gouge with blue and yellow highlights to focus on subjects. Also I put all the formulas on flash cards to remember them the I would practice using the formulas while flying if I wasn't otherwise busy to see if I could do it correctly. That made it seem easier on game day.

Good luck

I'm going to concur with luminosity. Buy the full subscription for the months leading up to your interview.

Interview prep. If you do one of the popular ones (emerald Coast, aerocrew) they will have goodies to help you out with the cog test as well. Don't skimp and not do prep. Even if you're good at interviewing.

The gouge is good, but take it for face value. There are errors but I think it's mostly good. Find the answers yourself. There is a ton of gouge out there, but it's mostly repetitive. Not all the questions are on the gouge anyway. You'll feel stupid after the test.

Be honest in the interview. Don't tell them what you think they want to hear, tell them what you would actually do. Same for the MMPI. Be more honest than you think you should be.

I prepped on and off for years and I still felt like I could have done more. You just have to go into it feeling confident and you'll do fine. Good luck.
