I don't think anybody does job fair prep; however, the information you get from interview prep would likely be more than enough for a job fair.
That said, I am very against job fairs. There is nothing but anecdotal evidence on both sides of the fence to prove or disprove they have any influence in getting hired: Jonny over here went to a job fair and got hired by airline X, it MUST have been the job fair. Tommy went to 3 job fairs, none of those airlines called but instead got hired by airline Y that wasn't even present. Job fairs are crap.
I went to 3. From my perspective it appeared that the organizer was making money hand over fist. The airlines making billions in profits got a free pre-interview, and the guys with the least money were the ones footing the bill. It just felt wrong to me.

Would you mind sharing what the job fair experience was like at WAI? What questions they were asking, or other insight they gave into what they like to see on the resumes? Thanks!

Pretty much what tunes said. It was just a basic one on one interview. And a way for them to see what you are like. They make lots of note on your resume. I had a one on one with BK from United so those are the types of people you could possibly be meeting with so its in your best interest to treat it as an interview.

I don't think Delta cares if you have a few failures in the first few years of your training. What they DO care about is honesty. Don't try to sugarcoat anything in your interview. Be 100% honest, if they catch you lying they will show you the door and never let you come back. They would rather see you own your mistake and find out what you learned from it. As long as you have a "reason" and not an "excuse" you should be OK.

I wouldn't go that far. I know good people who interviewed and didn't get hired. They're still good people, but they made mistakes during the interview. My point is your logbook and checkride performance while important, aren't the ones getting the interview, YOU are.
