I used that site for a FedEx interview since the material is the same for the written and cog.

Do you need to have an interview scheduled to join that group? Sent a request about two weeks ago and it's still pending.

Interviewed about two years ago. I used the list of topics from Delta and a ton of 'gouge.' Then with a week to go until my interview I discovered a book you can download free from the FAA called the Pilots Handbook of Aeronautical Knowledge(PHAK). It was invaluable. Simple explanations and great info!!

Only individuals with a scheduled interview are admitted to the group! That is not me!

Several of the tests you can directly prep for. I made flash cards for a few of the tests such as the symbol/number test. I also practiced reciting long strings of random numbers backwards. My memory sucks and I can barely remember an ATC frequency but using techniques I taught myself during practice I was able to reliably spit out 9 digit numbers backwards. I also used Lumosity for general mental agility. No idea if it helped, but as I recall (bad memory...) one or two of the Lumosity tests were pretty similar to the cog tests.
