Both of my squadron mates recently hired just brought the one page Flying History Report, and Delta was fine with that. No Flight Records Folder.
Hey for you military types that went to the interview, what did you bring for the part that asks for written copies of your past evaluations?
In other words did you bring anything besides oprs, form 8s, 942 (check ride history), and the flying history report? Did you bring your big fat flight records folder?

For flight records, I know a few people who recently got hired and only brought their flying history summary (1 page unless you're like me and could never keep a job even in the military). I brought the whole ginormous folder of line-by-line flights.
However, one of the mil pilots NOT hired during my interview in 2013 was asked why he didn't bring the detailed records, and the way he handled that question may have been a factor in his non-selection.

I attended a job fair and spoke with a Delta recruiter a coupe months ago. It went really well and I was even told i'm the kind of person they want to hire. Well some others with similar experience were called but I was not. I realized there was a very important section of airline apps I had not updated. I'm pretty sure if they pulled my app it would have shown as invalid. I'm not sure it would have scored high enough, but I think I missed out on an opportunity. Does anyone know if they pull the apps of people they like once or maybe put an internal note or something like that to review in the future? My app is pristine now, I'm just kicking myself for being so stupid with it before the event.

What information?

I had a similar problem, but fortunately didn't go to a job fair, so I don't believe my app was scored.
If you know anyone at Delta you could look into getting the HR email sent in from them. That may get your app pulled out and reviewed. You could also go to another job fair and admit to your error and ask for another shot.
My feeling from lurking on this forum is that no one knows for sure how situations like this are handled.
The general consensus is that apps need to be perfect for Delta to send an invitation.

A friend of mine just hired by Delta said to space out your recommendation emails so you can have your app scored again as your hours increase. If someone has 4 internals willing to send in the email are you better off having one sent every 3 months? Right now I'm flying my ass off and would hate to waste all of my recommendations at once when my time will be much higher in the next 3-6 months. Thoughts?

I'm not sure about the length of time between recs generating an app scoring, but I'm pretty sure there is a general one year "soft lockout" (my term only) IOW I doubt getting 365 recs one per day would generate a daily pull and score. You never know though. However you can get the same rec to re-up the email after a year and that should re-trigger another score. So if you have 4, maybe one per quarter, each updating at their one year mark would be the best (just guessing though).
