Delta Hiring News
During indoc, usually in the second week, you'll get your training dates. The minimum amount of time from indoc to training/sims is 1 week (to study systems), but can often run a little longer, especially when hiring surges. Not sure what the current wait time is, but 2 weeks, give or take, seems fairly typical.

No, Interview to indoc varies, sometimes greatly. Once in the "pool", it just depends on the needs of the company which has usually not been sooner than about a month, but last year went as long as 4-6 months. The hiring team will give you a phone call/email offering you an indoc class date after you have the CJO by several weeks at least, but with at least a couple weeks notice. It just depends.

For the foreseeable future, no one should be waiting 7-ish months from interview to indoc. YMMV.
Little bit of a tangent but still pertinent...
Those that are doing/have done the RST “Brain Games,” how accurate are the percentages for scoring? I swear I do some of the games perfectly but still receive 30-50% scores. I can’t seem to figure out their algorithms. For example, the balance beam while answering math questions. I can get 30+ points in the 45 second period but it still says I’m 40%.
I know this would be best fit for Facebook but some of us don’t have one.
Thank you for any assistance anyone can offer!

Check out this video, it explains the RST COG tests.

Concur that the actual COG test was much easier than the RST trainer.

If that's anywhere close to true (IMO wishful thinking), they will HAVE to do more smaller AE's to have the new hire slots to give... Doubly good for the rest of us.
