Had a friend get the email 13 days after the email rec went in. Mine was 30 days after email Rec. Another friend just went about 18 days after the email rec. My app was in for 2 years before the email went in. Getting that thing scored is half the battle.

My friend that started today interviewed in late Feb and had to defer once, so around 5-6 weeks from interview to job.

From application to job varies wildly. If you have your app tight and hit submit the same day as an internal rec is put in, then the quickest I've seen is 1 month from submission to invite, then interview 1.5-2 months later. So submission to job, 3-5 months is probably the quickest.
