Just wanted to let everyone know that the summer slow down is real. Today I got the call clearing me off psych hold and AK said I should expect late August, possibly early September for indoc. I am a 7 May CJO. Just wanted to let everyone know where we are at.

Already hired 700+ this year and training at max capacity. About 300 more new hires the rest of the year = about 25ish a month. Planned for 1000 this year, so right on target. Nothing to do with TA imho.

the airline must be fully staffed then! Sweet no concessions necessary on the OE trip drops because they can't hire enough!
