Class of 15-40 people? I believe there are 16 SSPs in this class, so hopefully there are a few OTS. Seems like their class sizes are shrinking rapidly.

My guess is that the 75% LCA withholding in the TA would reduce the pilots needed by 100-300.

Allowing FO's to bid for all trips and then having to buy the FO's off for OE requires more staffing. Taking that off the table should reduce the total pilots needed.
