I think there were some 2 year capts at Express. Now the junior capt is about 1.5 years worth of hiring at these rates. Doesn't mean it'll stay that way of course. Lots of bypasses.

I think I read somewhere that the most junior 717 Captain was a 12xxx number? That is very junior, indeed.

10.7ish I think. That was an AE or two ago though. The last one wasn't that junior. And it may not stay that junior. But about 2000 numbers from the plug in class today to the bottom Capt slot. A lot of that has to do with no one wanting to be the plug reserve in NYC for obvious reasons among others. In any case its about 1.5 years of peak hiring. We'll see how it plays out.

Is ATL717B still relatively junior? I haven't seen many spots for new-hires to grab lately on the boards for the 717 anywhere for that matter. Is the manly due to the seat locks? Those should start to expire soon, and I imagine many guys will bid off.
For purely the best "bang for your buck" (QOL/pay/time off) in ATL would one go, -88, 717, or try and sit reserve on the 73N or ER?

Hi everyone. Long time lurker here but I finally have something to contribute. Tuesday was a 12/12 day and Wednesday was an 8/12. Thursday had 11 interview but I don't know the outcome. They told us to expect an August Class date.
Almost everyone who interviewed this week had military background with a few exceptions. I'm officially a poolie now and am very excited to start.
The interview process was stressful (of course) but everyone in ATL were welcoming and it went as good as I could have hoped for.

updated spreadsheet
Updated spreadsheet as of 6 Jun. Missing some data from May and Jun interview classes. See blue data in the text box. Bottom line, 16 Apr is on deck.
BTW, you all need to come out to the 73N in SEA. Cheers,

That's weird as there is still mid-April CJO's waiting for a class. They must be planning on some big classes or just overly optimistic.
