Actually, there has been movement as people have bid on and off over the last year, just no newbs coming in until January to takeover the plug. Still nice to see em coming back

So I have read several people saying delta is trying to clear about the pool and have even said their goal is to have the pool empty by April (more instructors? More sim slots?). Is this realistic or even possible considering Twister just posted he is still waiting at 4 months?
When I hear empty pool that makes me think that once you have the CJO you would have a couple of weeks and start training. I have an interview in April and if all goes well I'm trying to get an idea of if there will still be a 4+ month swim by then.

I was a late 2014 hire with only about 6 weeks from CJO to class. I have a couple of buddies in the Feb 22 class this month who are June 2015 CJOs. So, 4 months is a good improvement. I've also heard they don't like the pool concept so my guess is it'll be back to some normalcy, i.e. a month or two at most from CJO to class around the time you interview.

I've got a friend who got the CJO in late January or early Feb 2015. Indoc was about a 4-5 week wait. Wouldn't that be nice?
Surely the pool doesn't make Delta happy because they know that the wait in the pool is causing them to lose CJOs. I bet an April CJO could expect a wait of about a month.
