Delta posted a memo on Friday that the hiring number is still 300 but they soon expect corporate approval to increase that number. This is the first "official" posting of this information and is a great news for all the OTS candidates.

So, if I'm viewing it correctly, the dot's on the bottom with no dots to the left of them are all the projected future #1's.
And, if you can locate your dot, count the dots to the left of it that are your age and younger, you will find your projected # at an age 65 retirement. (Health permitting.)

See how wide the new hire age spread is now, vs. 25+ years ago?
It looks like it's age 27 to 62 today, vs. only about a 10-15yr. spread back then (24-40ish).
Then go to the left side, start at the age 55 line and follow it across to about the 4,000 mark below.
All those dots above the 55 line are retirements in the next 10 years.

Assume that happens, and the additional hiring happens, and the training rate stays at 40 per month, then 160 additional OTS poolies should start training by the end of 2014.
March class sizes should be telling.
