If you have NO GOAL, how do you ever expect to achieve it?

The strategy is simple, as I laid out a few pages back.

All they have to do is pull out the same play book we used in 2000-2001.

They first show the math, the actual dollars the Delta/NW Pilots have "Invested" in returning Delta to the top of the industry since bankruptcy.

Add to that our lost retirement dollars.

You simply put Delta Pilot pay rates, (lost pay) from 2004, up through 2014, on a graph, right next to Delta's Record Earnings and plot Management's pay over the same 10 year period.

I would have liked to have seen that graph in the Contract History book they just put out.

Where is OUR return on investment?

We are still at 1998 pay rates.

That's what I got out of that contract history.
Aren't you given 'The Big Picture', possibly even framed and autographed, upon completion of your fini/retirement flight?

I heard that picture was in that empty Delta hanger in TPA years ago!

Who owns that now?

I wonder if they took the Big Picture down?

It's probably been moved up to the empty MSP training center...

When I got mine, I unwrapped it... a picture of a donkey, drawn, autographed in disappearing ink.

I'm particularly interested in the "$2.00 or $2.05" quote. If you have a clue what that means I'm listening.
Why should we be upset about them? Are you for real?

Our union president is on record saying we don't expect or demand big gains. That's mind-boggling.

This will be the company's Exhibit A when (if) we get to mediation. Which I guess is pretty unlikely given Dalpa's unabashed appeasement mindset.

We get it. You're just happy to be here. You're happy with the contract you admit you don't know very well. Now get out of the way so the rest of us can do some heavy lifting to get us compensated commensurate with the company's success.

1. You didn't answer his question.

2. LOL....When are you going to show up and "do some heavy lifting"?

I believe he directly answered his question in paragraph two of his post.

All they have to do is pull out the same play book we used in 2000-2001 to achieve our C2K rates.

I would like to see that graph also including other employee groups since it has been claimed that they are all back to pre-BK pay. This would be a very telling chart with all that graphed out. Pilots should be the the least inclined on that chart.

It is not often PD and I share the same view, but we do here, along with many others.

Moak was seriously negligent in his remarks and they will be used again against us. Guaranteed.

A complete dereliction in his duty to fully and fairly represent every ALPA pilot he represents.

Shameful.

I thought they did, but I haven't seen one either.
