Actually that negotiator 'resigned' when a new NC Chairman was appointed... by the MEC Chairman. Politics at it's worst.

I have emailed my ATL reps, but based on the response from the Capt. Rep, I am not hopeful. He is hung up on speed vs. quality, TVM and all that.

You made up two-thirds of that, the other third is speculation. Politics at its best.
