[QUOTE=GoCats67;1901064]Credit Suisse has math troubles!!
Assume Delta makes 6 Billion

Old method = 2.5B * 10% + 3.5B * 20% = 950 million for all emploees.

New method = 6B * 10% = 600 million for all employees.

Their not saying pilots ONLY. I have been saying for 2 days that this TA is funded by changes in profit sharing ( all employees) now factor in changes to the PTIX formula for PS (another 1%) and the endless productivity givebacks... The company may actually SAVE money.

Like give us 8, 8, 3, 3, (my example not meant to be taken literally as what I think we should get!) and make the profit sharing number 3.5 and change the lca trip hold to 25% and of course no retroactive sick leave verification that is absolutely ridiculous.
Not to mention there is a huge cost associated with the marketing blitz these guys will put on. When they are out to pass a TA at all costs, no expense will be spared.......in presenting a lopsided view of the TA. Lot's of FPL to go around every day 24/7 up to the vote. Get it guys!

What a coincidence. I just printed mine too. If this gets to memrat, I'm sending a nice donation with it.

They will absolutely not resign. Donatelli has already telegraphed the strategy by saying that its : "not going to happen" regarding returning to the bargaining table with management.

DALPA/management will "punish" us by making every future offer worse than the previous to teach us a lesson to NEVER AGAIN cross them. That's why it's so important for the offensive reps to be recalled, the entire MEC administration purged, and begin again. Anything else allows management to use DALPA to execute the punishment strategy.

Are you on FPL, too?

Oh @#$% I didn't even think of the FPL during the propaganda blitz. If they vote yes, the reps have the FPL gravy train to ride. A vote in favor of memrat is a huge waste of union dues when the TA fails to meet many key objectives: Pay, Scope, Sick Leave, etc.
