Self funded raises?

Credit Suisse noted that the fixed increase of 15% by the amendable date is slightly more than it expected, but the profit sharing offset is more significant at this point. With the 20% profit sharing threshold moving to $6 billion for all employees, the firm expects approximately $500 million of potential savings, compared to $2.5 billion of threshold. The firm believes that this will be large enough saving to offset the fixed increase of 15% for pilots, giving extra cost of approximately $400 million.

I don't think "tears" are the emotion.

If only 1in 10 sees the light we are at 50-50.

That is a good way to put it.

It's on us to spread the word on these concessions (professionally and respectfully) to our colleagues.

If the only info a guy gets is from the roadshow, we could be in trouble. He's got to have both sides. If he does, this thing is toast.

So how many jobs will be lost if we plummet down to 50% (defined as 49%, of course!) block hours in our biggest JV by far if current status quo is around 67% block hours?

Is there a third party to verify the upcoming pilot voting results? The surveys are secret, the negotiations are secret, virtually everything in the entire process is top secret. What's to stop the voting results from being rigged?

I have always been a supporter of alpa. But this contract is really horrible. It has made me so mad I finally signed up for this forum just to write this. It's embarrassing that MD would send out a 7 page letter explaining and teaching all of us how incredible and historic this deal is. Are they looking at the same TA as the rest of us? My trust is gone. I wish they didn't do this, but they really shot themselves in the foot this time.

Yeah, I think that's why tsquare isn't concerned about this TA. Since he got that gender reassignment surgery from tsquare to Bender Rodriquez, his sick leave verification for the last rolling 365 days is assured.

Why do they think they're doing us a favor sending it to memory rat?

What's the point in having reps vote on a ta if sending it to us is a automatic pass through?

I guess Moak was Constructive Engagement and Donatelli is On Time Concessions.
