Cheers.
I tell you what, I'm very encouraged by all the first time posters, guys that don't post but once in a blue moon coming on here and posting against this TA! I'm really beginning to think we can put this fire out!

We need to keep up the enthusiasm thru the vote. That is going to be difficult. Do not lose your resolve!

Isn't this type of behavior at the heart of whats wrong with DALPA? Does it not resemble the same methodology of DALPA while "representing" across the board? "No room for dissenting voices, we know best." Do we have any reason to believe the roadshow sales job will be any different? When reps play the shell game with us and use FEAR, UNCERTAINTY and DOUBT is this just "presenting the facts"?. Nine %ers, is this the way a professional, bottom up organization conducts themselves?

The pilot survey was clearly put into the circular file. Information that might get in the way of a yes vote will no doubt end up in the same place. Half truths are OK right?

Please tell us how and why this is OK??!
Agreed. We should be seeing pro/con of this TA. Not the sales job 2.0

Also, can someone post the dpa link?

Next TA $600 million per year guaranteed.

How?

Sign a DPA card tonight and send it in tomorrow.

SIGNING A DPA CARD IS NOT A VOTE FOR DPA

SIGNING A DPA CARD IS NOT A VOTE FOR DPA

SIGNING A DPA CARD IS NOT A VOTE FOR DPA

When DPA has 8000 plus cards before MEMRAT, both management and DALPA will finally have some respect for us.

We can double our results with 5 minutes of effort.

This TA will fail 90% to 10%.

Who would vote yes for 8%, .05 cents in per diem, 1% DC in 2017 and 15 minutes of vaction?

Who would vote for major concessions during record profits?

Spend the next 30 days getting cards signed and we can get the C2015 we deserve.

Management and the Delta pilots winning together.

Just signed up today, first time on the forum but a firm NO. Would rather keep the same contract. Sent in my card to DPA. ER Captain unless this passes then back somewhere else.

What's the point in having reps vote on a ta if sending it to us is a automatic pass through?

ftb-
I won't speak for any individual rep but I think I can summarize their reasoning.

Does the TA contain concessions? Absolutely.

But--
It is worth $1.1 billion over 3 years. That money is on the table right now.
Some reps felt that they could not deny that cash to the membership on their own. There's 12,000 Delta pilots. More than 19 guys need to make that call.

That's the logic. You can agree or disagree.

If we reject it can we get more? Maybe $1.5 billion? Can we get the concessions dropped or modified?
Some reps think yes. Some think no.
They passed it to us. Now its our call.

I'd love to turn in a DPA card and I will, as soon as Caplinger leaves the organization.

Voting no!

Because the current language (that the company violated without shame for 4+ years and counting with no intent to ever honor) is language about our "half" which is pathetically defined as 48.5%. They are still under that, so it seems they would need to do the 53% you mentioned to eventually re-comply with a perpetually lower baseline. The block hours we fly becuse of the EASK's is higher than their's, so it seems like you are talking EASK's instead of BH's.
The existing contract uses EASKs. The new one drops that and uses aircraft block hours.
For purposes of debate they converted EASKs and used the new metric.
The numbers I posted are aircraft block hours.
