Denny,
Tried to turn this around as soon as I saw it. So, first off there is not now nor is there any release of you medical records. Ever. That release is so that the doctor can communicate with DHS. So, for example let us say that you pulled your back out on tuesday. You have a trip on Thursday. You are hitting day 15 on Thursday to call in sick. Your doctor sends a verification to DHS that says, "back pain". DHS asks for more information, specifics. Preceding days come into play because you went to see your doctor on Tuesday. Your sick count starts Thursday. DHS gets another note from your doctor that says,"Denny came to me for a back strain, I prescribed him pills that prohibit him for flying for a few days, expected return on Saturday." That is the extent of the verification. And that return date is not a binding date. Its just an idea of your return to work only. Hope that helps. Carl |
Professor=Shiznit. That explains a lot.
And makes him a lying sack of **** for saying he only got FPL for one trip. |

Not a single word of what you claim is in the TA language shiznit. If I'm wrong, I'll gladly eat crow. Show me.
Carl Call me Nancy if you blows up your skirt. But I'm not the droid you think I am. This is way the company and DALPA are interpreting it and the way it will be enforced. Thanks for the question Denny. |

Why don't you tell us what happens if you are unlucky enough to be out for more than 24 days in any rolling 365? Tell us what we are compelled to release to Delta's third party sick leave hatchet crew. Here's your chance to prove you're being objective. Don't blow it. |

That is complete and utter hogwash. There is no verbiage in the TA that supports your spin. Say, weren't you supposed to be objective?

Tell us what we are compelled to release to Delta' third party sick leave hatchet crew. There is no third party. That is a bad rumor. The communication will be between DHS and the pilot QHP. There is a change afoot to swap who handles long term disability. That is a third party. |

That's not what I asked you shiznit. I asked you to show me the language in the TA. Chapter and verse.
Carl I answered your question. The TA language is available for all to see. Specific nature of illness is and will remain in the language. No increase of scope of investigation has been included. |
Tom Gilbeck Thread
Hey mods, what happened to the thread earlier today started by Tom Gilbeck about this TA's scope changes? I responded to him, and now I can't find the thread.
