Nice dodge.

What records are we required to release if we are out more than 24 days of any rolling 365?

Stop quibbling and answer. Unless, of course, you are not actually interested in being objective.

I don't quibble. And maybe I misunderstood your question. I am asking again. Sorry.

Hang in there with me on this one folks...

Follow this conversation and decide whether Shiznit/Professor just lied to us on behalf of the MEC administration while on flight pay loss:

How many days are we talking about? The company's only concern should be the work days you were sick, not anything else...

So, for example let us say that you pulled your back out on tuesday.

You have a trip on Thursday.

You are hitting day 15 on Thursday to call in sick.

Your doctor sends a verification to DHS that says, "back pain".

DHS asks for more information, specifics.

Preceding days come into play because you went to see your doctor on Tuesday. Your sick count starts Thursday.

DHS gets another note from your doctor that says,"Denny came to me for a back strain, I prescribed him pills that prohibit him for flying for a few days, expected return on Saturday."

That is the extent of the verification.
And that return date is not a binding date. Its just an idea of your return to work only.

Sounded like Shiznit/Professor posting good gouge right? Just trying to get the truth out, right?

Not a single word of what you claim is in the TA language shiznit. If I'm wrong, I'll gladly eat crow. Show me.

This is the kind of stuff you're going to get at the road shows guys. The plan is to sell this to us by what they THINK the language really means...not the actual language itself.

You just lied to us Shiz.

Brutal.

I see a strategy emerging. The union guys are baiting you into petty, silly arguments so the pages get filled up with garbage. If you fall for it people WILL lose interest. We need to keep them reading so they can get the negatives somewhere. We "NO" they won't get any negatives from the union!

Except no one is baiting them. Or trying.

I am not shiznit. Shiznit is not me.
It's like a Zen koan.

Anyway. Thanks. No and yes voters deserve information. Not distraction.

If this thing fails people need to fully understand what was in it and what needs to change next time as well.

Professor 06-16-2015 06:08 PM

Carl. Purple. Do I get an apology when you find out you are completely wrong about me being more than one person?

Will that happen?

You could be right. But a good counter tactic is to get people sensitized as to what they're going to face at the road shows. They'll face administration folks discussing their opinions and trying to portray them as contractual fact. The more practiced you are at countering that BS, the better.

This is precisely my rational for putting Einhorn and Finkle on "ignore", and my invitation for others to join me.
