But what did the last pass by, 62% with 97% voting or something like that? I think 12% can be flipped.

How does a corporation buy back $5 billion dollars of stock? It finds money anyway it can. One way is diluting the profit sharing program. That same tactic can go to pay salary increases.
What else does the buy back do? It returns wealth to the stock holders. Who holds a lot of stock? Our CEO.
We're basically getting 8% pay raises and 6 months early. Why? This stuff is so obvious and yet we're going to see at least 50% of the pilots vote for it.
The other details of the TA are enough to say no, but this play by management is a brilliant strategy that is a slap in the face to all employees. Does it matter if you retire from Delta worth $50 million or $100 million? When is enough, enough?
