Since I doubt you'll see another TA for at least six months, you can compare what the ALPA guys said would happen if the recent TA was turned down, as opposed to what Team No said, and see whose predictions proved more accurate -- then going forward, you might listen to those who were right.

Turns out, a lot of pilots did just that.

So far, the unofficial spokesperson for Team No (gzsg) is 0 for 2. He said we'd have another TA within 48 hours, and he said the E190s were here to stay.

Team No said we would be screwed if we voted in the TA. Sixty-five percent of us agreed.
That's all that really matters.
Team ALPA might want to listen to us.
It's funny how you want to make gzsg the Team No spokesperson when a lot of us disagreed with his predictions.
Why don't you take hockey, Carl, Denny, Ferd's and others predictions? I bet if you answered truthfully you might find out why the TA failed so badly.
Hint: You hi lighted the stats that suited you (gzsg: 0-2) and ignored the ones that didn't (Hockey, Carl, et al.: 8-8). Figuratively, you made 80% look like 0%.
The above is why the TA failed and why the people you support shouldn't be listened to, because that's what they did, too.

Team Delta pilots aka team NO would like to delay that until we have an opportunity to allow the various local teams an opportunity to re-allocate and re-vet their team captains.
My guess some of those new team captains will have a say in who the coaching staff will be.
Then team Delta pilots aka team NO will negotiate in good faith on behalf of the delta pilots.
Doug, you can sit on the bench but thanks for being on the side of team Delta pilots.
