He's still Butthurt about the order coming in despite us voting "NO" ...nothing is so ego deflating as predictions gone "inverse".

Current 12yr capt $140.19. TA Jan 1, 16 188.64-- 194.30 Jan1, 17--200.13 Jan 1, 18. Not planning on down bidding myself.. E190 appears to have some pretty long legs. Be interested to see where it is deployed. I think the last stated target for 50 seaters was 125. Hopefully this means "fewer" and/or "sooner." OFG

That article doesn't say who is going to fly them. Just because Delta buys them doesn't mean they'll be flown by the superior hands of the double breasted hat adorned sky gods. Endeavor is a wholly owned entity that can fly them as well as some other delta minuses that could lease them to replace 2 or 3 to one for 50 seaters. That would put them back in the incapable bumbling hands of far inferior pilots who haven't been flying 90 seaters for years already. Hope we can keep that big jet from hitting other smaller aircraft on taxiways and stay on the runway at LGA. We're all in this together ladies and gents, insults are real easy to throw around. We live in glass houses. I hope Delta does put mainline pilots on them and gets great rates! That means more demand for hiring, movement, and might finally put the whipsaw regional airline management pukes out on the streets. But as for the pilots, I'd let them be my wingman any day.

Will there be many twelve year Captains that fly this though? I know the union only really used that rate to sell it, but how about the rates for the guys that will ACTUALLY fly it... I.e. Year one/two F.O. Pay? Now there's a pay rate worth tweaking!

Ever heard of "Scope"? I'm assuming the rest of your post is all VERY sarcastic...

What's with all the RJ guys coming on this thread bashing Delta pilots for insults that were only dished out by.....wait for it....another RJ pilot??. And Captian carrot you are greatly miss informed if you believe the 190's are going to be flown by anyone but mainline Delta pilots.
