None will care. We picked our branches of the military for the planes they flew. After decades of deployments and an exponentially increasing amount of bull**** that keeps us from flying those planes, we pick airlines for long term pay and quality of life.

As a lifelong civilian can only speak for myself. If they wanted to pay me $300 an hour to fly a pink Twin Otter I'd be OK with it.
I'm here for the $$.

I've been trying to fly the **** out of the 330, but the computers won't let me.

If Delta has a B-scale and other majors don't, Delta will drop from #1 on many lists. Simple economics. I think you'd see guys drop training classes when they get other (more lucrative) offers, too. I don't see it happening, too many potential negatives for "the brand."

RJ vs Airbus/Boeing won't matter. It's all about the pay rates.
