Well fellas It was fun. I see that the usual attack dogs come out when provoked with nothing more than anger as a strategy. The cost/benefit curves will in fact cross for managemnt someday and we will get what you want. How far behind will we be then? Oh that's right, profits will go on forever and the party never ends.

What I find frustrating about this site is that I came on here and asked some honest questions and was immediately labeled some kind of capitulator. It truly is a shame because this could be a great place for exchange of ideas but apparently the stooges that shout the loudest don't want that. To them I say enjoy your misery you have earned it.

I believe we can make the argument that we have already given at the office and it's time to receive. Keeping those sacrifices in mind and looking at our profits, asking for 2004 rates is not too much.
I want everyone to think about their future 30%+ 2017 PS check while management stalls this process. We can wait(comfortably) till management gets it right.

Mr bond....For someone advocating reading as fundamental...... it is discouraging you read an effort to educate, inform, and enlighten with the relative historical narrative....... as anger.
The employment and compensation realities of this pilot group did not begin with the day you arrived.
And the trajectory of the delta pilot circumstance does not end with your departure.
Keep that in mind when you start referring to your fellow pilots as 'attack dogs'.

Management received the pilot concessions in bankruptcy and are still enjoying those fruits today.
