The PS for this year will be calculated as if no changes were made to the non contract employees. We won't get additional PS as a result. In fact the PS for 2016 will be reduced about 2% because of the non con pay raises. It's a per capita payout amongst all employees.

 

Before reading psychosis into the contextually appropriate use of language..... perhaps you should review the inconsistent logic in your comments that has resulted in the observation.
