I'm making a bold prediction, 787's and Surface tablet 5's will arrive at the same time.

The 330 according to some is perfect, because we'll continue to morph into a foreign hub feeding carrier (with our whopping 47% "half" LOL!) as we rely on their networks to carry our pax and brand to all corners of the earth. If that's our manifest destiny, why would they ever want anything smaller?

I think the "long thin" marketing nonsense by Boeing is as overblown as the "businessman likes frequency" mantra of the 800 RJ era. :roll eyes:

Yes there's some markets like that, but nowhere enough to justify us getting yet another (OMG!) fleet type when our "partners" could just do it, particularly if we give the company even more "flexibility" in our JV scope section.

Will they even still be making the 787 by the time the Surface 12's are out?

We are still planning on taking the 787, but not until 2020. There have been some pretty high profile 787 cancellations lately.

Coincidentally that's when the first 7ER retirements are planned.

Don't do it. Buy something that runs Windows 10 or you will kick yourself later. JMHO

I read on one of the company emails they're going to cost $100, and you can buy 4 or 5 of them. I think it was a FLOPS update.
