Then next year when people bid out of NYC the process will repeat itself.
As for 10 people in class, guys are going from Indoc to IOE in 8-10 weeks (with the exception of the 220). So their “simulator optimization” tool is working to pump people through pretty quickly.

It’ll more than likely be a while, a ton of people bid out of NYC on MOAB 2019. So these positions will need to be filled by new hires as those guys move out of NYC.

Is the 220 timeline slower? Just asking as a 220 guy trying to get off reserve

It took 3 months to get things up to full speed on NYC717 when the base opened, and that was on a plane that already existed in another base. Probably won't be too much longer for the 220, if any.

That or NYC717. Whatever sucks the most allows for the best movement in the bottom half. When DAL consolidates the 717 in Atlanta you'll probably see really good movement there as well, assuming it looks anything at all like the 88 consolidation.

Very true haha. I start class in a couple months and was wondering what airframe would be the best to get out west? Maybe the 737?
