Retro Pay Question
#21
Not sure about that. The JAN 15th 2016 check is for December 2015 flying, but the DEC 15th 2016 check essentially replaces it so the DEC retro check to be paid on December 16, 2016 should be for the first 11 months of 2016.

It only takes about 5 minutes to look at the bottom of each PAS from January to October to come up with how many hours you have been paid.
If you are lazy, there is a 12 month average on your last PAS. Times that amount by 10 and you will be close to what your retro amount should be.

Profit sharing from the JV grievance settlement pay should be in their too. Right?
MEC Grievance 16-02: $30 million Transatlantic JV settlement to be paid in full
– Considered as “annual compensation” for purposes of profit sharing calculation
– Paid in full
